SoulTone ’67 Cosmic Blues Strat Set – Fat, chimey, and full of vintage vibe. This set is inspired by and wound to similar specs to the psychedelic late 60’s era of rock and sounds thick, clear and sweet with even the heaviest of fuzz boxes but also still very bell-like and chimey on your clean channel. Set comes on CBS era “grey-bottom” black fiber bobbins, and wound hot with 42 AWG wire. Sand cast alinco 5 magnets and reverse wound, reverse polarity for noise cancelling positions 2 & 4. Bridge 6.5K, Mid 5.9K, Neck 5.8K. All my pickups come wax potted.
