Making A Purchase

Making a purchase is simple. Just browse our site, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on your cart or the checkout menu item and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept major credit cards via paypal and paypal express

Please Note payments accepted are Canadian and USD dollars, final invoices are shown Canadian dollars

Currency convertor is an approximate guideline of cost and updated weekly

Shipments to the USA may be subject to local taxes,import duties and brokerage and are the resposibility of the buyer (importer) and should be checked prior to purchase

Returns Policy

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please do not return any products until an RMA# is provided

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (6 to 12 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply contact support@soultonepickups.com via either our ‘contact us’ form on the site or by email. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We ship within North America Only.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.  We do our absolute best to have the product shipped out within a few days of placing an order,  but if we are experiencing a larger amount of orders it could take longer.  Please remember our products are made by hand individually on a per order basis,  we do not carry any stock levels of our pickups.

damages during transit – we use protective packaging for all shipments to minimise the risk of potential damages and breakages, if by chance your delivery shows signs of external damage to packaging

a photograph is required for claims and also when signing for receipt of damaged box indicate condition also.
